Pivian tours

Thank you for your interest in offering your tours via Pivian Tours. Before starting to add your tour, please read the following points. When you submit your tour offer, you agree to these terms:

• Only professional tour and itinerary descriptions and high-quality photos will be accepted.
• All information must be absolutely correct. You are fully responsible for your tour offer.
• Any material (text, images, etc.) for which no copyright or right of use has been obtained can not be used.
• You guarantee the lowest price to all customers via Pivian Tours.
• The same tour may not be offered for a lower price directly or via other partners.
• The customer may request the difference or a full refund in case you break our guarantees.
• For our service we charge 15% deposit payment directly from the customer.
• The customer will pay the outstanding 85% of the published tour price to you.
• We may block your account and delete all tour offers if you do not adhere to these terms.
