We understand that unexpected things come up, so you can change your travel dates up to 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour. (In some cases, a fee may be levied by the individual tour operator, but never by Pivian Tours.) Need to cancel completely? Do it 7 days in advance of your scheduled tour departure and Pivian Tours will not levy any penalties (however, the local tour company may).

Requesting a "Lowest Price Guarantee" refund from Pivian Tours is dead simple:
You qualify for a refund if you find the same tour or activity offered on the same date by the same tour operator and priced in the same currency as your original purchase at a lower bookable prepaid or retail price including any booking related fees with the same booking conditions on any other website within 72 hours following your reservation confirmation on Pivian Tours or upon arrival in your destination.
Just send an email to priceguarantee@piviantours.com with your name, address, Pivian Tours Booking Number plus proof of your price (receipt, quote, price-list, flyer, website address, screenshot, etc.) and we will refund the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through Pivian Tours is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show. We issue the refund after the last date of your tour or activity, once this has been confirmed.
The guarantee does not apply to tours or activities purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent traveler, loyalty points or other reward type programs or special promotions of the tour provider where the booking is made. The lower rates available through opaque sites where the tour operator isn’t known until after booking are also excluded from this guarantee if you can’t proof that the offer is of the same tour operator.
We reserve the right to verify details of the lower price where possible. A screenshot or other proof is usually not enough if we can’t validate the lower rate and that it is bookable. All refund decisions will be made at our sole discretion. Pivian Tours will only process one "Lowest Price Guarantee" refund per purchased tour or activity.
