ITINERARY

DAY 1: Arequipa
Upon arriving in Arequipa we will provide assistance at the airport and transfer you to hotel. Walk through the Historic Center*, built mostly with a local sillar, a pale volcanic rock, affording Arequipa its glorious architecture and its appropriate nickname, "the White City". Visit the Convent of Santa Catalina, where the first-born daughters of the local elite were cloistered for life, since the mid. 16th Century until 1970. Overnight in Arequipa.

DAY 2: Arequipa-Colca Canyon
Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning departure for a two-day overland trip to the awesome Colca Valley. Drive across Pampa Cañahuas within the Aguada Blanca National Reserve, the habitat of vicuñas. Admire beautiful pre-Columbian terraces still being cultivated by native Collaguas. Arrive to selected lodge. After lunch, will have the chance to visit La Calera hot springs. Overnight in Colca.

DAY 3: Colca Canyon - Arequipa
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to the "Condors' Cross", observation point from where you can observe the great Andean birds. Impressive panorama of the Colca Canyon, one of the deepest in the world (3000 mts/9800 ft). After lunch, return to Arequipa. Overnight in Arequipa.

DAY 4: Arequipa
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from hotel to the airport, assistance on departure flight.

Terms and Conditions

All rates are net per person, subject to change without previous notice. Peruvian Tax (IGV) not included. Rates are guaranteed by us at time of reservation. Rates for accommodation are applicable for tourism, rates for Corporative clients available upon request.

RESRVATIONS:
All services from Turperu must be reserved at least 48 hours prior to be delivered (according of the availability at the moment of the reservation request). Certain hotels demand final rooming lists for groups between 45 and 60 days in advance. Rates are guaranteed by us at time of reservation. Important: it is necessary to have full passenger's name, passport number, nationality and date of birth to secure space on train and plane tickets and services in general. Arrival/Departure flight's information is also required.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payments must be made to Turperu in US Dollars. A 60% pre payment of the total amount is required at the moment of making the reservation. The other 40% of the payment should be deposited 60 days before the beginning of the services. If you book 60 days prior to your trip date, 100% of the deposit is required. Our cancellation charges will apply as follows:

FITS
20%: 60 to 45 days
70%: 44 to 30 days
100%: 29 to 0 day

GROUPS
30%: 120 to 90 days
80%: 89 to 60 days
100%: 59 to 0 day

CHILDREN POLICY
Children pay as an adult.

LIMITS ON TURPERU RESPONSABILITY

Independent Suppliers
Turperu acts as Tour Operator in Peru. It Purchases transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers, that are not subject to its control. Turperu cannot, therefore, be liable for death, personal injury or any other loss that may occur due to any act or omission of any such a supplier or by reason of any other event over which it has no control. Domestic flights are, occasionally, subject to overbooking, cancellation and schedule changes. If this occurs, Turperu will do all in their power to assist clients in boarding flights or finding alternate arrangements. It must be stressed that this is done as a courtesy to clients and Turperu cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, nor for the additional costs thus incurred; nor for payments not recovered for missed land arrangements due to airline delays.

Optional Activities that may be Dangerous
Depending on the itinerary you have selected, optional activities will be available at some of the places visited. Some of these activities carry with them the inherent risk of serious personal injury. These activities include, but are not limited to: horseback tours, canoe trips, hiking, river rafting etc. Be aware that your personal safety cannot be guaranteed and Turperu assumes no responsibility for their safety.

Acts of God and the Life
Turperu is not for acts of God, fire, acts of local government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, adverse weather conditions, dangers incident to sea, land, and air travel and other similar acts or incidents beyond its ability to control or its suppliers.
